1st:
Another windy day with wintry showers.
Morning census produced a surprise arrival in the form of a
Black Duck, a first for the island!
Also present were the Shoveler,
2 Merlin, Sparrowhawk, 5
Woodcock, 3
Glaucous Gull,
Long-eared Owl,
Waxwing,
Bluethroat,
48 Fieldfare, 71 Blackbird,
a single Lapland Bunting and 66
Snow Bunting.
